Common use

Limcee chewable tablet is a nutritional supplement containing vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid. It is used to overcome vitamin C deficiency and to treat scurvy, which is characterized by weakness, anaemia, and bleeding gums due to a lack of vitamin C in the body.

Dosage and direction

Limcee tablets should be taken orally and chewed thoroughly before swallowing. The medication can be taken with or without food at any time during the day. Take Limcee chewable tablet as advised by the doctor. You must not consume vitamin supplements more than the recommended daily dose.

Precautions

Talk to your doctor if you have existing medical conditions or are taking other medications, supplements, or complementary or integrative health approaches.
If you are undergoing surgery or an operation, you may be asked to stop taking these products at least 2-3 weeks before the procedure.

Contraindications

You must not take a Limcee chewable tablet if you are allergic to Ascorbic Acid or any of its components.

Possible side effect

There is a significantly less chance of side effects with Limcee chewable tablet if consumed as prescribed. In some cases, one may experience headaches, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, itching, swelling and frequent urination.

Drug interaction

Before taking this medication, inform your doctor of any other medications you are taking. Other medications may reduce or interfere with vitamin C absorption. Before taking any other vitamin supplements, consult your doctor.

Missed dose

If you forget to take your Limcee tablet at the designated time, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it's nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed one and carry on with your regular schedule. Never double up on doses without consulting your doctor.

Overdose

Taking excess Limcee chewable tablets is harmful. If you think you have taken too much of the supplement, seek medical help immediately.

Storage

Store Limcee tablets at a cool and dry place. Keep it away from children and pets.
